L3Harris Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Information Security Systems Engineer to support cybersecurity engineering activities. The role focuses on the DoD Risk Management Framework process, including cybersecurity requirements, system design, security documentation, and verification testing.
Support Cybersecurity Requirements: Collaborate with ISSEs to identify protection needs for systems, software, and networks. Document security controls/requirements for inclusion in the system requirements specifications
Support Cybersecurity Design: Assist system engineers in overarching system design with a focus on cybersecurity
Support Creation of Cybersecurity Body of Evidence: Create and review System Security Plans (SSPs), System/Security Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Network and Dataflow Drawings
Support Cybersecurity Verification/Test: Verify security control implementation through development and execution of Cybersecurity Test Plans/Procedures and use of System Scanning Tools

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in engineering or Information Technology or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
