TowneBank is seeking an Associate Risk Integration Analyst to assist in the implementation of risk programs and support enterprise-wide risk initiatives. The role involves documenting system requirements, managing user access, and developing training materials to ensure compliance with risk management processes.
Assisting in the implementation of risk programs and testing system modifications in the GRC to strengthen risk programs
Documenting user enhancement requirements and assisting with the prioritization of system changes
Setting up user credentials and system privileges to limit access to certain types of data and activities, and performing periodic reviews of user privileges
Assisting the development and roll-out of end-user system training to ensure system and process adherence
Assisting the development of dashboards, reporting, workflow, and system templates that allow efficient governance of risk programs
Performing data reviews to ensure the Data Owners can maintain accurate, consistent, and complete data throughout the GRC
Supporting ongoing enterprise-wide risk programs, which may include policy management and issues management
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related discipline
Highly collaborative; able to build strong working relationships with business partners
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intellectually curious; Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Able to work in a time-sensitive environment and handle a variety of simultaneous tasks
Preferred
1 year of risk management, audit, information technology/security, compliance, financial services, or banking experience
Microsoft Power BI report building
1 year of project management experience
Basic understanding of risk management principles, banking operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Previous experience as a GRC user
