IBM is a premier consulting firm that leverages technology to solve complex business problems. In this entry-level role, you will be part of a team in the IBM Client Innovation Center, focusing on SAP security configurations and compliance to support clients in various sectors.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Design and implement SAP security policies and procedures
Conduct security audits and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
Collaborate with clients on security requirements and solutions
Provide training on SAP security best practices and tools
Stay updated with SAP security module features and releases
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Stay up to date with the SAP technology advancements and best practices.
Qualification
Required
Have graduated no earlier than 2023, and will be graduating no later than 2025
Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by date of Employment (Exception: This program does not accept MBA or PhD candidates or graduates)
Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship (Valid work permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship)
Be willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated
Must be eligible for clearance and have lived in Canada for 5 - 10 years
You have the ability to work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers.
You have strong excel skills and enjoy making meaningful evaluations of a given set of data tables, excel files etc.
You enjoy working in a team environment with team members of a diverse background and skill set along with being comfortable working on your own to complete individual assigned tasks.
You enjoy working with the public and have demonstrated excellent customer experience skills.
You will have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and executives.

You are great at solving problems, debugging, troubleshooting, designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
Exposure to SAP BTP, OData services, SAP UI5, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Fiori development tools and technologies.
Knowledge of compliance regulations & Industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
You have basic knowledge or hands on experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, DevOps, Adobe.
