As a Cyber Security Engineering Co-op, you will gather and analyze documentation to validate the operational integrity of security products and collaborate with teams to drive improvements in business continuity strategies.
Gather and analyze business continuity documentation for security products.
Participate in resiliency exercises to help document opportunities for improvement.
Document resiliency gaps and help design and implement improvements to improve resiliency.
Partner with product owners and engineering teams to drive issue reporting and resolution.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.
Preferred
Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Knowledge of the different layers in the OSI model and basics of networking components.
Initial exposure to key standards related to resiliency (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
Project management skills, including initial understanding of Agile / Scrum environments.
Preferred Majors: Computing Security and Technology, Information Systems.
