IBM Consulting builds long-term client relationships and helps organizations shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys through collaboration, technology, and professional services. The Cyber Management Analyst oversees consulting resources, business operations, and technologies to ensure high-quality cybersecurity service delivery, manage contract performance, and supervise employees and subcontractors.
Deliver High-Quality Services: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Cybersecurity Services to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. This involves establishing programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance and evaluating customer feedback
Manage Contract/Account Performance: Monitor and manage contract/account financial performance to drive profitable contract and consulting practice business performance for IBM
Oversee Team Performance: Supervise employee and subcontractor work, removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's ability to deliver services successfully
Implement Service Performance Programs: Establish programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Experience working with consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for successful consulting engagement service delivery
Familiarity with establishing programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance and evaluating customer feedback
Exposure to managing contract/account financial performance to drive profitable business outcomes
Experience working with employee and subcontractor work, identifying and addressing obstacles to successful service delivery
Exposure to delivering high-quality Cybersecurity Services, meeting client expectations and customer satisfaction measurements
Active TS/SCI is required
The person will be required to come into the Fort Meade, MD office 5 days a week
