Responsibilities

Assist in developing and delivering monthly security awareness communications and training
Monitor and analyze alerts from SIEM, EDR, and related systems to identify potential threats
Assist with triage and escalation of security events
Participate in incident response activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed to support incident response and critical security events

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications
Experience with assisting in developing and delivering monthly security awareness communications and training
Experience in monitoring and analyzing alerts from SIEM, EDR, and related systems to identify potential threats
Assist with triage and escalation of security events
Exposure to ticketing systems and basic case management workflows
Participate in incident response activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed to support incident response and critical security events
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
