Responsibilities

Supporting compliance initiatives and shaping security policies that govern enterprise-wide protection
Conducting penetration tests, assessing vulnerabilities, or designing defenses to harden our systems
Analyzing cyber data to understand weaknesses in our defenses and opportunities to improve the security posture of our environment
A variety of other key rotational assignments, allowing you to explore the full breadth of the Cyber Security domain

Qualification

Required

* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier

Preferred

* Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical and/or quantitative discipline, including computer science, computer engineering, cyber security, information assurance, information systems, information technology, or mathematics
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network concepts, digital forensics, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
* Knowledge of the basics of network security and protocols (e.g., encryption, firewalls, authentication, perimeter protection)
* Strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to explore multiple domains before specializing
* Coursework in IT fundamentals, cloud security, cryptography, network security, and/or data security
* Knowledge of industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK)
* Hands-on experience or coursework in digital forensics, malware analysis, or incident response
* Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills
* Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
* Basic programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, Python, C#, C/C++, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts)
* Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completion
