Responsibilities

Daily triage of SPAM reports, user requests and issues, and security alerts and incidents
Develop process, finding, remediation, and program documentation
Participate in offensive testing scenarios
Assist IT support organizations in the assessment of a variety of support tickets for triage, routing, and resolution
Assist in the achievement and maintenance of compliance goals regarding PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, ITIL, NIST, etc
Some weekend and evening assignments as well as availability during off-hours for participation in scheduled and unscheduled activities
Maintain high standards of professionalism when dealing with sensitive or confidential IT security matters

Qualification

Required

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, such as endpoint detection, SASE, and SIEM platforms
Experience with an analytics/business intelligence platform
Understanding of data privacy concerns and cyber security best practices
Ability to deal with ambiguity and make quality decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently, plan workloads and deliver on commitments
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing competing priorities, including urgent drop-in tasks
Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business language
Disciplined execution, including the ability to follow and contribute to security operation processes and procedures
Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to grasp business and technical subject matters
Ability to build rapport and gain the respect and cooperation of technical and business personnel
One or more years' experience delivering information security operations
Associates degree or the equivalent years of experience
Industry certifications related to information security, networking, or other relevant IT discipline
Experience operating in a global enterprise environment
