SAIC is seeking a full time Cyber Security Analyst in support of the United States Army Reserve in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for developing security-related best practices, investigating complex issues, and recommending improvements for IT security infrastructure.
Utilize systematic and methodical engineering processes to develop security related best practices for the IT environment and existing enterprise services
Participate in the investigation and resolution of complex issues escalated for problem management
Serve as the primary security interface for multiple IT projects
Develop and recommended procedures and standards for Customer IT Security infrastructure improvement
Assist the Customer in developing strategic plans for IT security
Recommend new technologies which can be exploited to address existing and emerging security concerns
Organize, analyze, and prepare reports and presentations of technical data to brief recommendations to the team and the Customer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree and zero (0) years of related experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Must possess a Secret security clearance on first day of employment
Experience with multi-functional technical
Solid Cyber Security experience supporting large enterprise environments
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, required when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other technical staff
ITIL Certification (Required within 60 days of hire)
Security+ Certification (Required prior to hire)
