They are seeking a Cyberspace Research Developer to develop next-generation cyber capabilities and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve challenging problems in cybersecurity and electromagnetic warfare.
Create or investigate new types of cyber physical systems
Develop exploits, implants, payloads, and communication stacks based on extensive reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, and software development
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve challenging problems and deliver actionable results
Operationalize software through extensive testing, documentation, and integration with other systems
Participate in laboratory and field tests to collect and analyze data, test new capabilities, and perform demonstrations
Overnight travel required for certain projects
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics with less than 2 years of experience
Prior experience using creative programming skills using one or more of: C/C++ or Python
Experience with some assembly language (x86/64, ARM, PPC, MIPS, etc.)
Reverse engineering skills using a tool such as IDA/Ghidra/BinaryNinja
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Preferred
Capture the Flag (CTF) experience
OS kernel development experience (e.g., Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android)
Network programming skills
Hardware emulation experience
Working knowledge of RF signal processing and algorithm development
Hands on experience with system architecture design, prototyping, and technical project leadership
Active Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance after day one of employment
