Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm focused on defense and intelligence solutions. They are seeking a Defense Mission Professional to conduct analysis and provide support for cryptographic and cyber requirements, ensuring secure communications for military operations.
Conduct in-depth accounting and analysis of cyber and cryptographic items
Use data to determine potential future requirements and deployment schedules
Track and guide cryptographic requirements through requirements and certification processes
Work with the client to track and ensure software and hardware upgrades and equipment turn-ins as required
Produce, support, and update various local and online products for tracking and compliance reporting
Provide field support for Algorithm and Cryptographic Transition and Cryptographic Modernization issues as needed
Collaborate with communications experts to deliver secure and resilient communications for the warfighter
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as military staff, including coordinating taskers, conducting document reviews, preparing program updates and briefings, bullet backgrounds, and point papers
Experience with Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment and keying material processes
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with equipment custodian roles and responsibilities
Knowledge of strategic DoD and Air Force security policies related to cryptographic and keying material, classification guides, cryptographic algorithms, equipment and keying material
Top Secret clearance
Associate's degree
Preferred
Experience with controlling authority roles and responsibilities
Experience with data analytic tools
Knowledge of the operations and sustainment of tactical data link systems
Ability to develop working hypotheses and theories to address current and future system requirements
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
