Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts using EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne)
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint protection tools
Investigate suspicious activity and support incident response efforts
Participate in vulnerability management and patch compliance tracking
Document findings, create reports, and contribute to knowledge base articles
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to improve endpoint security posture
Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, malware, and endpoint protection
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced security environment
