This role involves supporting network folder security, generating access rights reports, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

Responsibilities

Supports network folder security within unstructured data environments
Generate and review NTFS permissions reports that identify access rights for shared network folders
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for work performed by the FSSI team
Work with FSSI team members on problem resolutions
Identify potential opportunities for process and automation improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions

Qualification

Required

A graduating student completing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas
Working knowledge of Network Security
Working knowledge of Information Security
