The Graduate Risk Analyst will support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, data analysis, and mitigation across major infrastructure and construction projects while developing expertise in risk management, quantitative analysis, risk modelling, forecasting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

Identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks across major infrastructure and construction projects to help ensure successful delivery
Developing and maintaining project risk registers, ensuring risks are accurately recorded, regularly reviewed, and aligned with project objectives
Conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to evaluate potential impacts on project cost, programme, quality, and delivery
Supporting the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, helping project teams minimise threats and manage uncertainty
Analysing risk data, identifying trends, and assessing potential impacts on project performance to support informed decision-making

Qualification

Required

a degree in Finance, Business or related
a genuine interest in our industry
a minimum 2:2 honours degree by the time you start
Are curious, proactive and motivated to develop professionally
Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions
Work well with others and build positive relationships
Communicate clearly and confidently with different people
Take ownership, adapt to challenges and are committed to achieving results
