They are seeking an Information Assurance Portfolio Specialist who will analyze customer operations and provide guidance on business process improvements and cybersecurity. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans for clients.
Analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations
Provide the client with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies
Develop an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes
Use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, analysts, and support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement
Work on a path forward with your client
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience working in portfolio management utilizing information technology investment portfolio system tools
Experience working with information technology investment portfolio system tools to provide direct support to the government program manager by tracking and reporting IT investment registration, updates, change request, and IT portfolio management data
Experience using the Microsoft suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or Visio
Knowledge of government budgeting or contracts, and portfolio management
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at the local portfolio manager and higher-level organizations
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level II or Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II DoD 8500.01M, Cyber Workforce Management Program, and DoD 8140 Qualification Matrices Certification
Preferred
Experience with the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS)
Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool
Ability to conduct security testing or assessments
