U.S. Bank is committed to helping customers and businesses make better financial decisions. The Platform Analyst - Access Management will drive operational platform management, monitor intake requests, and ensure proper access provisioning to support uninterrupted business line operations.
Monitors and manages intake requests submitted by business line partners to ensure items are reviewed, addressed, and completed within the agreed upon service level agreement timeframes.
This ongoing support safeguards that business line operation functions are uninterrupted to meet bank goals and initiatives.
Adheres to least privileged access principle while granting access to reduce risk.
This includes continued daily support by monitoring and completing Provisioning Queues in Access Management to ensure users have correct access in appropriate systems according to access that is granted or revoked by the system.
Leverages reporting to drive critical analysis of requests received from the business to determine if and how requested access can or should be provisioned.
Works with submitter to educate on access request outcomes to improve future submissions.
Utilizes subject matter knowledge of covered systems and business area needs to administer and provision access for various business line systems.
Collaborates with peers and business line partners to reach common goals, improve results, ensure the best possible outcomes, and to maintain an elite customer service brand.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Two years of related experience
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Proficient computer navigation skills
