The Risk and Cybersecurity University Program is a two-year rotational role in which participants analyze risks, support cybersecurity and resilience initiatives, contribute to governance and compliance activities, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
Rotate through multiple Risk and Cybersecurity teams over a two-year development program
Analyze risks and support initiatives that strengthen operational, technology, and business resilience
Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and documenting cybersecurity and enterprise risks
Support security monitoring, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response activities
Participate in governance, risk, and compliance initiatives to promote adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, risk education, and business engagement efforts
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with technology, engineering, product, legal, compliance, and business teams on cross-functional projects
Help evaluate security controls and risk mitigation strategies across systems, processes, and third-party relationships
Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
