The Risk and Cybersecurity University Program is a two-year rotational role in which participants analyze risks, support cybersecurity and resilience initiatives, contribute to governance and compliance activities, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through multiple Risk and Cybersecurity teams over a two-year development program
  • Analyze risks and support initiatives that strengthen operational, technology, and business resilience
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and documenting cybersecurity and enterprise risks
  • Support security monitoring, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response activities
  • Participate in governance, risk, and compliance initiatives to promote adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, risk education, and business engagement efforts
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with technology, engineering, product, legal, compliance, and business teams on cross-functional projects
  • Help evaluate security controls and risk mitigation strategies across systems, processes, and third-party relationships
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
