New Jersey Resources is a Fortune 1000 diversified energy company focused on innovation and sustainability. They are seeking a Security and Business Continuity Analyst to develop metrics, support security operations, and collaborate on business continuity planning.
Develop, maintain, and analyze physical security metrics, dashboards, and data-driven reports
Assist with access control reporting, video surveillance system review, badge provisioning, and area access reviews
Monitor and escalate threat intelligence data to management to support organizational security awareness
Assist management with the planning, coordinating, and support of tabletop exercises, emergency drills, and scenario-based preparedness activities
Track ongoing security and business continuity projects to assist management with timely completion
Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and operations teams on physical security and business continuity initiatives
Assist with coordination of security and business continuity training programs
Support the development and maintenance of Business Impact Analysis across the organization
Support security compliance activities, policy development, and administrative items, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Data Analytics or related field
1-3 years relevant experience including security analytics, business continuity, risk management, intelligence analysis, operational reporting, or data analytics
Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to identify and evaluate security trends, risks and issues, and support the implementation of security programs and initiatives across the organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Attention to details, responsiveness, and good judgment are important
Travel may for professional conferences or training opportunities as needed
Occasional after-hours availability may be required to support emergency management, business continuity, or other critical business events
Preferred
Experience with security technologies, including access control, video management, incident management, or security monitoring systems
Knowledge of security computing technology and applications is desirable
