Execute workforce identity governance controls across the enterprise to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Manage and monitor processes for identifying, tracking, and remediating non‑compliant workforce identities and accounts
Support internal privileged access management by validating that all required security and approval steps are completed for elevated‑risk access
Identify access risks related to incomplete or skipped provisioning steps and drive remediation to bring accounts into compliance
Enforce adherence to WIAM policies and least‑privilege principles throughout the joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle
Perform ongoing monitoring and reporting to ensure workforce identities meet defined control and compliance standards
Analyze access data from multiple systems to validate controls, support audits, and mitigate identity‑related risk
Qualification
Required
Foundational understanding of workforce identity concepts, including joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, access provisioning, and access revocation
Execute workforce identity governance controls across the enterprise to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Manage and monitor processes for identifying, tracking, and remediating non‑compliant workforce identities and accounts
Support internal privileged access management by validating that all required security and approval steps are completed for elevated‑risk access
Identify access risks related to incomplete or skipped provisioning steps and drive remediation to bring accounts into compliance
Enforce adherence to WIAM policies and least‑privilege principles throughout the joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle
Perform ongoing monitoring and reporting to ensure workforce identities meet defined control and compliance standards
Analyze access data from multiple systems to validate controls, support audits, and mitigate identity‑related risk
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risk within large data sets
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) to reconcile and compare data
Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run queries, generate results, and export data for analysis
Experience navigating collaboration platforms such as SharePoint (or similar tools like Confluence or Wiki platforms)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data, findings, and risk to stakeholders
Effective time management skills with the ability to bring processes under control and meet compliance deadlines
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
