Gartner is a leading company that provides expert analysis and insights to enterprise leaders. They are seeking an experienced Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to implement and maintain PAM solutions across various environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system security and resilience.
Maintain operational excellence of mission-critical systems and participate in IAM on-call rotation
Identify and measure PAM metrics to demonstrate risk reduction and operational maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing and operating enterprise PAM solutions (CyberArk, or similar)
Strong communication skills, a team player, and adhere to a collaborative work environment
Ability to build and deploy automation in cloud platforms and familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Understanding of cloud IAM / PAM capabilities across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS architectures running on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of PKI fundamentals, certificate lifecycle management, and secrets management best practices
Experience working with fast-paced operations/dev teams, DevOps practices are required
Knowledge of information security technologies and industry best practices
Working knowledge of IAM Services, LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On and Federation Protocols
Preferred
Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
