Security Representative - Entry-Level

Responsibilities

  • Receive and log reports of SAP‑related incidents
  • Determine severity, classification, and initial response actions based on SAP guidance and the Incident Response Plan
  • Develop detailed investigation plans that identifies objectives, required resources, timelines, and investigative techniques
  • Document statements accurately and preserve them as part of the investigation file
  • Draft comprehensive investigation reports that includes factual findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers
  • Conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for IFG security leadership

Qualification

Required

  • Minimal knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705)
  • Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that will require special access

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs)
  • Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
