They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of physical security projects involving the installation of CCTV systems and access control systems. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage end-to-end physical security installation projects from initiation to closeout
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and vendors to define project scope and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and budget forecasts
Lead kickoff meetings and regular project status updates with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant security, electrical, safety, and building codes
Oversee the installation of security systems such as IP-based CCTV, video management systems (VMS), access control panels, card readers, door strikes, and related infrastructure
Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accurate system implementation
Monitor site progress and perform quality assurance inspections
Manage change orders, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain accurate project documentation including logs, reports, and as-built drawings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, engineering, or related experience.
Two (2) years’ experience in project/program management, systems design, installation, or service of security systems.
Experience in the use of project management and security systems platforms.
Experience in planning security projects installations, proposals, business cases, or schedules.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong human relations and leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Preferred
Lenel Onguard, Airship VMS, Genetec VMS, and Bosch Alarm System
ServiceChannel, SmartSheets, Lenel Onguard, Viakoo, and Airship Nexus considered a plus
Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
