The Senior Associate Cybersecurity Engineer will develop engineering specifications to ensure compliance and security in software applications, systems, and networks while assisting in the design of security solutions.
Develops engineering specifications to ensure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts to conform with security, resilience, and dependability requirements at the software application, system, and network environment level.
Assists cybersecurity architects in the design and development of security solutions consistent with business goals and risk tolerance.
Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Position requires 5% domestic travel.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
1 year of experience in the job offered or in an Information Security, Application Security, or related occupation
Experience in Programming and scripting using Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience with Big data platforms including Splunk, Hadoop, or Elastic stack
Experience in Automating workloads using Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
Experience in Detecting Security threats, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and exploits using Cloud security products including Wiz, Prisma Cloud, InsightCloudSec
Experience in Cloud architecture and securing cloud communications including AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with Access control systems, PKI, multi-factor authentication, and entitlements management
