Diebold Nixdorf is a global leader in automating and transforming the way people bank and shop. They are seeking a Service Operations Security Technician to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for various security products, ensuring timely and accurate responses to service calls.
Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products
Plays a lead role in provision of basic services, including: Cleaning, drilling and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under counter teller equipment
Maintaining bolt work and time locks on safes, chests and vaults
Maintaining ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks
Providing key duplication and lock core replacement
Maintaining after-hour depositories, VAT unites, drive-up windows, drawers and sliding windows
Handles customer calls, asking questions and actively listening to ensure understanding of reported issues / concerns
Schedules time on customer premises and may attend customer meetings and delivery training to ensure operational understanding and product optimization
Maintains proper inventory levels to reduce excess inventory and return visits due to missing / incorrect parts
Qualification
Required
Education or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security
Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
