Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and improve secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Conduct threat modeling exercises and recommend mitigations.
Manage Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and other security scanning tools.
Track, investigate, and assess vulnerabilities across internal systems and applications.
Define and support SLAs for security compliance and remediation timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps workflows.
Participate in risk management activities and security audits.
Document and promote best practices for DevSecOps operations.

Qualification

Required

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering and/or DevOps roles.
Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Strong proficiency in version control systems (Git).
Strong proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Solid understanding of networking, cloud platforms, and containerization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Hold US Citizenship or be a Green Card Holder.

Preferred

Hands-on experience with threat modeling and risk assessment frameworks.
Hands-on experience with security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management: tracking, investigating, and remediation.
Development platform administration (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise)
Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes hardening).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code security (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with secrets management and identity/access control.
Strong knowledge of risk management practices and security SLAs.
Ability to collaborate effectively on security initiatives.
