They are seeking an entry-level Vulnerability Patch Analyst who will work closely with senior engineers to ensure compliance with the CVS vulnerability management program, focusing on database management systems.
Work closely with senior engineers in ensuring that the production environment is compliant to the CVS vulnerability management program with a focus on DBMS.
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in a security engineering role, with a focus on vulnerability management and remediation
0-2 years Understanding of common vulnerabilities and exposure (CVE) database, Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), and related standards.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE, RHEL or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience with DBMS such as Oracle, SQL, MondgoDB, CassendraDB, etc
Experience With Jenkins, Ansible Or Other IAC Tools Preferred.
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are a plus.
