Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, enhance, and implement automation and data analytics solutions to support control testing automation.
  • Understand and implement requirements, ensuring code quality and best practices.
  • Communicate progress and challenges promptly.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience performing data analytics using R, Python, and/or SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux command-line tools and Git for version control.
  • Experience in source code management, repository management and package management with tools such as JFrog Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business stakeholders.
  • Able to understand and test code written by peer developers.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Detail-driven with respect to documentation and able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Exhibits independent judgment, strong problem solving, deep analytical ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and test controls.
  • Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and concepts.
  • Maintain positive attitude, be flexible, and be a team player.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate progress and challenges in a timely manner.
