The company is seeking an AI eTrading Quant Data Analyst to develop, optimise, deploy, and monitor algorithmic trading strategies for FX and interest rate markets. The role involves quantitative analysis, machine learning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with traders, engineers, and quants.
Systematic Trading Strategy Development: Design, back-test, and implement algorithmic trading strategies for FX & interest rate markets, using a data-driven, quantitative approach
Statistical Analysis & Optimisation: Apply advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to optimise pricing, quoting, and automated risk management strategies. Continuously analyse high-frequency market data to refine our models and improve execution
Full Lifecycle Involvement: Contribute to all stages of the trading strategy lifecycle – from research and model development through to coding, deployment, and real-time monitoring of strategies in production
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse strategy performance, PnL, and risk exposures. Use data insights to identify enhancements or new trading opportunities
Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with senior traders, software engineers, and quants to integrate new algorithms into our e-trading platform. Proactively suggest improvements to our trading tools, frameworks, and processes to drive revenue and efficiency

Required
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
•Quantitative & Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a degree in a quantitative field
•Programming Proficiency: Good programming skills in any language (hands-on experience with data analysis and scientific libraries). Ability to write clean, efficient code is a must
•Technical Aptitude: A passion for technology and data-driven decision making. Comfortable handling large datasets and performing rigorous statistical analysis
•Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward without constant supervision. Ready to take on real ownership of deliverables in a trading environment
•Communication: communication skills – able to understand complex business and technical problems, and articulate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Teamwork: interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player who can build positive working relationships and is unafraid to ask questions or respectfully challenge ideas
•Software Engineering Practices: Experience in a professional software development environment (use of version control, testing frameworks, code reviews, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines) and proficiency with additional programming languages (especially Java or C++ for low-latency systems) are plus points
•Financial Markets Exposure: Prior exposure to FX, rates, or STIR markets – for example, knowledge of FX swaps/forwards, interest rate derivatives or cash, or yield curve construction – is an advantage (but not a strict requirement)
•Electronic Trading & Tools: Experience working with electronic trading systems or market data infrastructure (e.g. understanding of order book dynamics, FIX protocol, KDB/time-series databases)
