The AI Solutions Architect role is customer-facing, supporting Sales Engineering teams with AI and data analytics to deliver AI-powered solutions, while also engaging with customers to provide insights and recommendations.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales Engineering leadership: capacity, utilization, pipeline health, SLA metrics, customer trends, and productivity insights
Develop AI-assisted workflows using Python, Azure AI, LLMs, and automation tools to streamline internal processes (routing, assignments, data cleanup, forecasting)
Support data cleaning, dataset creation, and analytics models that enhance forecasting and customer segmentation
Assist in building AI-based scoring models for customer health, renewal prediction, and service demand
Create internal documentation, playbooks, and how-to guides for dashboards and automations
Participate in customer calls with Solution Architects to provide AI insights, dashboards, or automation recommendations
Support demos and proof-of-concepts involving AI Solutions from Cisco, Genesys, Juniper, Palo Alto, Dell, Extreme, and other partners
Translate technical AI outputs into simple business language for customers and account teams
Support integration of AI into C1 offers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or related field
Foundational experience in Python, SQL, and analytics tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (regression, classification, LLMs, data manipulation)
Ability to communicate clearly, summarize insights, and support customer meetings
Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn rapidly
Understanding of enterprise technologies from Cisco, Dell, Genesys, Palo Alto, etc
Project experience building models, dashboards, or AI applications
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Azure AI, or data engineering concepts
Familiarity with APIs, automation frameworks, or basic full-stack development
Experience with customer-facing work or presales exposure
