Publicis Groupe's Zenith Analytics team uses data-driven insights to connect clients' marketing efforts with real-world business goals. The Analyst, Analytics role develops media reporting and dashboards, derives actionable campaign insights, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to communicate findings to clients.
Develop reporting for paid media channels, including digital, social, video, and programmatic
Acquire data from digital media platforms, partner data sources, and third-party ad servers like Campaign Manager 360 (DCM) to develop and maintain client facing reporting and dashboards
Manage and use Zenith proprietary business intelligence tools
Cross-functional team collaboration and communication (Engineering, Data Governance, Advertising Operations, Strategy, Investment, etc.)
Translate success metrics into tracking and reporting requirements
Write clear concise reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools, summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications in a straight-forward and enlightening way
Derive insights from campaign performance reports that are actionable
Assist in department POVs and build upon department expertise

Familiarity with media analytics helps, especially digital media, but isn't necessarily a

Prior professional experience is highly desired
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak and write professionally
Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
Knowledge with at least one of the following ad technologies: third party ad serving, rich media
* ad serving, site-side tracking technologies: DART (standard and rich media), Atlas, Adobe Analytics,
* Google Analytics
Knowledge of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Programmatic, Social, Video, Audio, Connected TV, Out of Home
Ability to derive insights from observations, which aligns with campaign objectives
Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal clients
Demonstrated strong project management skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Agency experience highly preferred
Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Experience working with relational databases, SQL
Experience working with Python, R programming languages
Experience with third-party measurement and research partners such as DISQO, Nielsen, comScore, Millward Brown, Kantar
Knowledge in any of the following areas a plus: Programmatic (DMP, DSP, SSP), Cross-Device
* Measurement, Attribution Modeling, Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
Knowledge of data management tools (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) a plus
Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies for data management, QA, reporting, and analysis
