Analyst, Commercial Reporting & Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ad hoc reports and perform detailed analyses to support business decisions
  • Utilize SQL and other tools to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources, including CMS, Data Warehouse, Workforce Management systems, Reservations system, Hyperion, and Tableau
  • Assist with projects aimed at improving reporting capabilities and operational efficiency within the Commercial & Operational Reporting Department
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs
  • Build and maintain an accessible knowledge base for reporting processes and tools
  • Contribute to monthly operational reporting, including the CCL Operations Book and Contact Center reporting
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
  • 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL-based reporting essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft SSMS), and understanding of database design concepts
  • Experience with reporting tools and platforms such as Hyperion, Tableau, and Workforce Management systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a commercial or operational reporting environment preferred
