The Commercial Reporting Analyst will develop and enhance reporting solutions to support Sales and Guest Services functions, ensuring accurate delivery of reports and providing insights that drive business performance.
Prepare ad hoc reports and perform detailed analyses to support business decisions
Utilize SQL and other tools to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources, including CMS, Data Warehouse, Workforce Management systems, Reservations system, Hyperion, and Tableau
Assist with projects aimed at improving reporting capabilities and operational efficiency within the Commercial & Operational Reporting Department
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes
Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs
Build and maintain an accessible knowledge base for reporting processes and tools
Contribute to monthly operational reporting, including the CCL Operations Book and Contact Center reporting
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL-based reporting essential
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft SSMS), and understanding of database design concepts
Experience with reporting tools and platforms such as Hyperion, Tableau, and Workforce Management systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Prior experience in a commercial or operational reporting environment preferred
