Responsibilities

  • Analyze content portfolio performance using R, SQL, and Excel, with a focus on portfolio health, performance benchmarks, and content economics to support strategic decision making
  • Maintain, update, and curate key content metadata datasets (e.g., attributes, categorization, rights information) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and usability across reporting and analytical systems
  • Develop and support content economics frameworks and financial models that inform content valuation and portfolio optimization, incorporating key revenue, cost, and margin dynamics
  • Produce portfolio-level reporting and insights that synthesize financial, engagement, and strategic metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

Qualification

Required

  • 4-year degree in relevant fields (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business) with strong academic performance
  • 1+ years of work experience preferably in finance/strategy roles at media/technology companies, or other quantitative fields (internship experience acceptable)
  • Proficiency in R, SQL, and Excel for data analysis, transformation, and modeling
  • Familiarity with intermediate statistical concepts and analysis techniques
  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and financial modeling
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint
  • High EQ, professional maturity, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Motivated, disciplined, flexible, and able to work effectively in collaborative and autonomous environments
  • Demonstrated interest in the entertainment and/or tech industries

Preferred

  • Experience in media/entertainment or technology industries
  • Proven track record of automating recurring analytical or reporting processes
  • Experience with Python, Tableau, Databricks, or other data analytics tools is a plus
