This Entry-Level Data & Analytics Engineer/Analyst position is to help drive business performance, enhance quality, and optimize processes across the organization.
Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance through regular monitoring and maintenance
Assist in the design, creation, and visualization of reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Document workflows, processes, and procedures to promote transparency and consistency in reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related STEM field
Basic understanding of data management and analysis methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or comparable tools
Demonstrated experience in leadership or teamwork during academic or extracurricular activities
