Analyst, Partner Engagement

The role involves supporting initiatives that enhance partnerships with nephrologist practices and improve clinical outcomes through data analysis, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Manager support. Scope may include tools, technology requirements, data reports/insights, training collateral, etc
  • Uses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data and/or information in an easily digestible manner with clear takeaways
  • Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities
  • Assists in the creation and management of datasets, reporting, and/or results to convey targeted messages for a variety of audiences. Includes quantitative and qualitative research
  • Participates in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant business analyst experience
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn
  • Comfortability with large data sets and building reports
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Able to read and write complex formulas in Excel

Preferred

  • Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences
  • Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience, including ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
