DaVita Kidney Care is a healthcare company focused on kidney care, and they are seeking an Analyst for their People Analytics team. The role involves compiling complex data sets, producing reports, and generating insights to support business decisions related to human resources.
Identify trends and propose potential analysis for insights
Make recommendations aligned with business goals and strategy
Participate in projects and programs with people data, prioritizing work based on changing demands
Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and the audience
Seek to improve processes and programs
Ensure the integrity of sensitive, confidential data
Develop proficiency in one software tools like Excel, Workday (or other HRIS), SQL, Tableau, or other tool for reporting and analysis
Explain complex, technical issues in a simple, effective way
Collaborate, guide, and provide expertise to internal business partners
Develop presentations for audiences at varied skill-levels, telling a story with the data
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders within and outside of the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required in business, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, psychology or other applicable quantitative or management related field
1+ year in a business environment, gathering and using data to solve business problems
Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Preferred
1 year of experience in database querying and understanding of relational database design, SQL and/or Workday preferred
Experience using working with multiple data sources to generate insights from analyses, answering questions, creating solutions, and manipulating large data sets to provide measures of projects, programs, and efforts for an organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience collaborating on project teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences a plus
1 or more years of related Human Resources experience preferred
Management consulting or similar experience a plus
Students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with an expected 2026/2027 graduation date are encouraged to apply
