The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst for the SRGM Capabilities team to assist in developing the future technology roadmap and creating dashboards for price tracking and promotional compliance. This role involves partnering with various teams to analyze trade strategy and promotional planning processes.
Partners on the development of dashboard on price tracking, post event analysis and trade promotion compliance
Assists the Senior Manager, SRGM Capabilities with the future technological roadmap for the department
Assist the Senior Manager, SRGM Capabilities on the new 2027 promotional planning project and the change management of the process with our A.I. optimization tool
Partner with Information Technology team at Hershey to facilitate the maintenance of SRGM technology projects
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with dashboarding visualization tools (PBI not required)
Familiarity with third party syndicated tools like Circana or SPINS
Strong analytical abilities: able to use multiple sources of data and put together data visualizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Problem solving attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
Relevant experience or completion of Marketing Analytics or other high-level Analytics course
