Vince is a fashion and retail company seeking an Assistant Planner, DTC to support retail planning across eCommerce, domestic and international full-price, and outlet channels. The role focuses on sales reporting, inventory forecasting, promotion and sales plan monitoring, strategic business opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide day-to-day planning support needed for relevant divisions to successfully grow across all Channels; eCommerce, Domestic & International Full Price + Outlet
Creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reporting reports and recaps used to analyze business and direct actions
Assist in automating reporting process, run ad hoc reporting as needed
Create daily store manager bonus plans
Identify, communicate and implement strategic business opportunities
Monitor store sales plans and promotion plans
Forecast store inventory levels and identify/execute excess inventory strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional Buying, Allocation, Digital, Store Leadership, Visual and Merchandising business partners on business needs
Qualification
Required
Must have one to two (1-2) years in retail planning
Must have Bachelor's Degree
Expertise in retail math
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Computer Literate-Advanced Excel Skills
Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience using Anaplan MFP, Assortment + Allocation & Replenishment a plus
