As an Associate Analyst in Customer Accounts, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and operational insights to support escalated client issues and ensure service performance across delivery hubs.
Monitor SLA performance and service metrics to identify emerging risks or missed commitments
Respond to same‑day leadership requests for data, summaries, or clarification on active issues
Partner with Operations and internal teams to validate data accuracy and confirm root causes on escalated items
Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, pivot tables, and scorecards (Excel‑based)
Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including QBR materials and leadership decks
Help standardize reporting and improve data governance as volume and complexity grow
Maintain master trackers and ensure data integrity across multiple source files
Identify emerging risk patterns, execution gaps, and repeat drivers—particularly those impacting high‑visibility customers or executive stakeholders
Support process improvements for data collection, reporting cadence, and standardization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Preferred
Strong analytical judgment with the ability to prioritize high‑impact issues
Organized, reliable, and proactive—anticipates client and leadership needs
