Responsibilities

Support implementation of modernizing data processes and standards
Assist with gathering and interpreting data using various levels of problem‑solving
Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions that drive outcomes
Create reporting and metrics; present analysis that drives action and resolution
Work across functions and partner with multiple levels of the organization
Document business processes and recommend process improvements
Document business context and requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
Automate consumer activities through Salesforce functionality to improve efficiency and compliance
Organize and prioritize multiple activities while serving as liaison for internal and external partners
Work independently and within cross‑functional teams

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Self‑starter who works independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Capacity to learn new business processes, trending models, and tools quickly
Thrive in a fun, agile, fast‑paced business environment
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Entry‑level experience with Salesforce, Power Platform, and data applications preferred
Entry‑level presentation experience
