Northrop Grumman is a leader in technological advancements and is seeking an Associate Computer Systems Analyst. This role involves developing computer systems specifications, ensuring system compatibility, and revising existing systems for effective data handling.
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements that fit with the company's system architecture standards.
Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of experience, or master’s degree; a High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance within a reasonable time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
The ability to be granted special program access (SAP/SAR) within 1 year of hire date.
The ability to maintain both your security clearance and program access is required for this position.
Current Security + CE (or other DoD 8570 certification), or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.
Preferred
Microsoft SA, or SE level certifications.
Microsoft Active Directory administration experience.
Microsoft MECM, SCCM, SMS.
Microsoft Exchange architecture & administration experience.
Microsoft SharePoint architecture & administration experience.
Microsoft Powershell scripting experience.
Experience with PXE boot process and network imaging process.
Experience managing systems under NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG system environments.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware in a networked environment.
Understand basic networking, including subnets, routing and VLANs; Cisco experience and/or certification.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining and using various virtual hosting environments including VMWare, Nutanix, KVM, and HyperV.
Experience with cloud hosting environments including AWS and Azure.
Experience with the Linux Operating System.
Knowledge of environmental monitoring tools (HBSS/Solar Winds/Splunk).
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
