Responsibilities

  • Develop processes, systems and controls for data capture from global data providers, including mechanisms for accountability
  • Conduct routine maintenance of program with annual, quarterly and as-needed business changes
  • Work collaboratively with global data providers to train them on the systems and answer questions
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate data collection processes
  • Establish quality assurance and quality control processes to improve data reliability and traceability
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, correlating business metrics with sustainability metrics to gain insights on performance improvement opportunities
  • Support internal data customers with the creation of tailored dashboards and a cadence of internal review for performance management
  • Collaborate with teammates to act as an ambassador for environmental sustainability and other ESG topics and initiatives. Support various team projects and activities as needed

Qualification

Required

  • Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years functional experience
  • Broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education
  • Ability to develop processes, systems and controls for data capture from global data providers
  • Experience in conducting routine maintenance of programs with annual, quarterly and as-needed business changes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global data providers to train them on systems and answer questions
  • Skills to identify opportunities to improve and automate data collection processes
  • Establish quality assurance and quality control processes to improve data reliability and traceability
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, correlating business metrics with sustainability metrics
  • Support internal data customers with the creation of tailored dashboards and a cadence of internal review for performance management
  • Collaborate with teammates to act as an ambassador for environmental sustainability and other ESG topics and initiatives
  • Ability to explain facts, policies and practices related to job area
  • Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data
  • Ability to use company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues
