Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to understand complex business processes and derive meaningful insights
Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution
Automotive experience of 1 to 3 years
Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing requirements
Good understanding of data analysis and ability to work with structured/unstructured information
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with good working knowledge of Word
Ability to communicate analysis and business insights clearly to stakeholders
Smart, analytical, curious, adaptable, structured thinker, and good communicator
B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred

Candidates from institutions such as the University of Michigan Ann Arbor or similarly rigorous universities/business schools are preferred
Mechanical Engineering background with an MBA would be an advantage but is not mandatory
Manufacturing experience preferred
