Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports to support business insights
Use Splunk to analyze system logs, monitor application performance, build dashboards, and support operational intelligence
Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to track digital engagement, user behavior, conversion performance, and web/mobile analytics
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs
Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights that help guide decision‑making
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting sources
Support ad‑hoc analysis requests as needed to answer key business questions
Provide troubleshooting support for analytics reporting issues, data discrepancies, and tracking-related challenges
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining processes, data collection methodologies, and cross‑functional dependencies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics (essential)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
Ability to present complex information clearly
Experience in digital analytics, operational analytics, and customer behavior analytics
