Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of Enterprise Data Platform governance program and help modernize data processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with partners, data engineering, and functional SMEs to promote Data, AI, and Analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Communicate and facilitate change for IT practices and operating model, coaching teams through transitions, and promoting agreement on enterprise goals.
  • Document business context and requirements and translate them into applicable deliverables for technical teams.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities to improve productivity on governance practices.
  • Automate data governance activities through Collibra functionality to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive communication strategies to promote data literacy and governance, share best practices through forums and newsletters, and advocate for a data culture across the organization.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field and 2-4 years related business experience.
  • Experience working with internal company data and participating in enterprise-level projects.
  • Exposure to SAP applications, Analytical Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL).
  • Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
  • Ability to learn new business processes, data models, and tools quickly.
  • Demonstrated significant initiative and leadership in prior roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
