Airgas is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases, and they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst. This role is responsible for the development and support of the Organization’s Processes, Business Analytics, Technical Training, and Technology, focusing on driving effective change in people, process, and technology while fulfilling technical support needs.
Provide technical support and training for Distribution and Logistics systems and applications
Develop and implement process improvements and training for Logistics and Distribution
Coordinate and conduct system and application User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead and implement business improvement projects
Develop Key Performance Indicators and other scorecards to continuously improve safety, quality and efficiency
Develop and provide technical support for Business Intelligence
Perform data checks and maintenance to ensure systems are accurate and efficient
Drive timely resolution of system performance issues through IT
Coordinate Requirements gathering, Design review, test script creation, Integration/Performance/UAT activities as part of break-fix and enhancement requests
Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with changes in process, technology and data
Provide coaching and feedback to Leadership on Distribution and Logistics performance and training needs

Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree required
Proficient in MS office/Google applications
Proficiency in Power BI is a requirement
PL300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or Finance
2 years experience as a Business or Data Analyst
Working knowledge of Power BI
