SS&C Technologies provides AI-powered technology and services for financial services and healthcare organizations. The Client Service Operations Administrator supports SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Performance Reporting platform by analyzing and reconciling client investment data, monitoring data processes, researching issues, coordinating with internal and external teams, and assisting with product enhancements.
Complete a full reconciliation of client transactional data daily
Complete data point research items submitted by service teams and clients
Monitor automatic nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion
Communicate and coordinate with other internal and external groups to provide industry-leading service to clients
Assist with system and product development enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Preferred
Finance/Accounting experience preferred
