Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and management of enterprise-wide BI data products, including identifying business needs, defining product requirements, and overseeing the implementation process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancements
  • Create and improve user guides, procedures and other documentation to improve communication and understanding of our data products
  • Assist with the establishment of KPIs, metrics, and measurements to monitor data quality
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification

Required

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.

Preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with SQL preferred.
  • Experience with or willing to learn other analytical tools such as R or Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and willing to work with people
  • Preferred Majors: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
