Tutor Perini Corporation is a leading civil, building and specialty construction company offering diversified services to private clients and public agencies throughout the world. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 CRM Data Analyst 1 to analyze and manage data within the Dynamics 365 CRM system to support business operations and decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and interpret Dynamics 365 CRM system data.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into behavior, trends, and other key performance indicators.
Assist in developing dashboards and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity within the CRM system by performing regular data audits and cleaning.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing data governance standards and best practices.
Support data migration and integration projects as needed.
Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Collaborate with the CRM Administrator and development team to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM system.
Provide first-level support for CRM users by troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Assist in the configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements.
Document data processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
One to Three years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role (internships and academic projects will be considered).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Basic understanding of CRM concepts and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
