The Customer Intelligence Analyst will analyze customer data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the company, collaborating with various teams to enhance business strategies.
Design, draft, and report on surveys to provide critical insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Analyze customer intelligence metrics, such as customer mix, booking behaviors, and loyalty trends.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Python, leveraging each platform's strengths for analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Understand and refine complex customer intelligence models to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Route Planning, and Marketing teams to align customer insights with business strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Develop expertise in various platforms, including loyalty platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Google Analytics, and email management software, to extract, analyze, and report on key data.
Maintain a pulse on recent demand trends, historical booking patterns, and seasonal shifts to inform forward-looking insights.
Adapt to urgent needs and shifting priorities, delivering high-quality insights and solutions under tight deadlines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables while maintaining attention to detail.
Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.

Qualification
Required
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Entry Level.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn—taking ownership of projects and crafting compelling data-driven narratives that inform strategic decisions.
Eagerness to learn and become proficient in various platforms, including loyalty platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Google Analytics, and email management software.
Ability to develop and execute customer surveys to gain direct feedback and capture new data points.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Finance, and Loyalty—to align on strategies, share insights, and implement data-driven solutions.
Present analysis and recommendations to leadership and cross-departmental teams, ensuring transparency and buy-in across the organization.
Preferred
Internships or related coursework.
Experience with or readiness to learn data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of or interest in learning Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with survey design and reporting.
Understanding of customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
Interest in the airline or travel industry.
