Crocs, Inc. is focused on creating comfortable footwear for everyone. They are seeking a Contract DAM Migration Specialist to facilitate the migration of digital assets into a new AI-powered digital asset management system, ensuring a structured and efficient process.
Migrating hundreds of thousands of assets—including photos, videos, creative files, documents, and marketing collateral—requiring meticulous planning, oversight, and execution
Ensure metadata integrity, proper folder structure, and clean transfer of files, minimizing risk and preserving operational continuity.
Support best practices around taxonomy, tagging, and governance. Organize DAM structure to ensure that assets are easy to locate and reuse, providing long-term value and scalability.
Coordinate between marketing, production, creative, and select external vendors.
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience managing and maintaining DAM platforms, content management tools, and metadata structures
Knowledge of file types, creative software, and marketing workflows (across strategy, creative, and asset production)
Experience with DAM-integrated AI tools
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, and creative production workflows
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency.
Preferred
Candidates local to Denver market strongly preferred.
